For too long, women athletes have not been provided with high-quality and dedicated representation. HSM was launched at the end of 2019 with the mission to change the women's sports industry for the better - and we are proud to be a part of the rapid rise of the women's sports ecosystem over the last six years.

Founder Matt Hochberg launched HSM to advocate for women athletes. Fast-forward to today, and we have transformed into a FIFA-Licensed, NWSLPA-Registered, full-service women's soccer agency, providing the level of representation women athletes deserve while simultaneously working on their behalf off the field to build their personal brands and put money in their pockets. 

We represent players in leagues such as: National Women's Soccer League (NWSL), USL Super League, Northern Super League (NSL, Canada), Toppserien (top division in Norway), and others. We are also proud to share that we have generated more than seven figures directly for our athletes from off-field partnership opportunities. In addition, we were named by Rise of Women's Football as one of the Top 10 Women's Soccer Agencies in the US.
