Arin Wright has been a fixture in the NWSL since 2015. In May 2026, she became just the ninth player in league history to reach 200 regular-season appearances, a milestone built across more than a decade at the highest level of women's professional soccer in the United States. She currently captains Racing Louisville FC in her home state of Kentucky.
Before returning to Kentucky, Arin spent eight seasons with the Chicago Red Stars. Her time in Chicago included two NWSL Best XI selections, a 2016 Defender of the Year finalist nod, seven playoff appearances and two trips to the NWSL Championship. She joined Racing ahead of the 2024 season and has since played across both outside back and center back while taking on a leadership role with the club.
HSM has also worked with Arin away from soccer. One of those partnerships paired Arin with Huggies and Walgreens on a campaign that included social content and a Chicago event supporting diaper donations to families in need. The partnership made sense for Arin as both a professional athlete and a mother, and HSM later highlighted it as an example of the kind of athlete-brand fit we look for when building commercial partnerships.
In 2026, HSM also chronicled Arin's 200th NWSL appearance and the longevity behind it. Few players in league history have reached that number.
